Course Leader

Sherry Ann has 17 years of corporate experience, a major part being in area of Training and Development with Public Bank Group and subsequently with KESDEE Corp. Inc., a US based e-learning solutions company as Regional Office Manager, in charge of Asia Pacific region.

In year 2003, she moved into a new business venture and began work as a training consultant in areas of Communication and Customer Relations Consultation.

Her practical experiences are in the area of management and human resources development. Having mastered local and American Management philosophy and business principles from various on the job training, functional responsibilities and training combined with her direct experience in teaching, she is an excellent trainer on critical skills and result orientated team work.

She regularly conducts workshops and seminars on business etiquette, business communication, customer service, selling games, telephone techniques, tele-marketing and presentation skills. Namely, she has conducted training for Panasonic Malaysia, Compumed, RTM Malaysia, Accenture, Allianz Life Insurance (M) Berhad, Maybank, Sunway University College, University Malaya, TCSS, Bell Business Systems Sdn Bhd and Tamico Systems Sdn Bhd. She is also fluent in Bahasa Melayu and has conducted bilingual training for Inno Biologics Sdn Bhd and TM Point. Sherry has also contributed to social programs for Centennial RYLA 2005, church youth camps and secondary schools.

She completed her B. Applied Science (honours) from University Sains Malaysia (USM) and Diploma in Education (distinction) from University of Malaya. She has also completed her Master in Instructional Technology (distinction) from University of Malaya. She is a certified Trainer from Singapore Institute of Management. She was also a regular contributor to Shoppers Magazine in the area of edutainment and currently is the editor of Online Asia Pacific.
